Vakansie Oord in Hartenbos, 800 Meter van die See Op Vrydag 19 Augustus 2011, het ek ‘n draai gaan maak by die gewilde vakansie oord in Hartenbos, Dibiki Vakansie Oord. Dit was ‘n heerlike sonskyn dag in Hartenbos en soos ek by Dibiki ingery het, kon ek byna onmiddellik die rustige vakansie atmosfeer in die lug voel. By my motor was ek gegroet deur een van Dibiki se eie “waghonde”, ‘n vriendelike tog nuuskierige hoender Dibiki Vakansie Oord in Hartenbos, Tuinroete Dibiki Vakansie Oord lê op ‘n prag stuk grond links van die Hartenbos Rivier. Die stuk grond se potensiaal was raak gesien deur die Pretorius familie in 2000. Destyds was daar nog nie veel aan hierdie kant van die rivier nie, slegs die Jode Kamp en die Sewendedag Adventiste Kerk, verder was daar slegs bosse. Toe die Pretorius familie die grond gekoop het moes hulle eers aansoek doen vir hersonering, kraglyne en water aanlê. Dit was ‘n opdraende stryd wat byna drie jaar geduur het, maar vandag is hul glad nie spyt nie.
