Cosy enclosed sun stoep and a large enclosed garden with safe parking in a garage. The house is situated approximately 1km from Santos Beach and 500m to town.

There is a spacious lounge, diningroom, fully fitted modern kitchen, 3 sunny bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Braai facilities available in the garden. The owners domestic servant is available at R70 per day extra.

Tenants must please bring their own towels and beach towels. No pets are allowed. A swimming pool in the garden for those hot days!

A refundable breakage deposit of one days rent is payable on arrival to the owner and will be refunded within 14 days after departure if nothing has been broken or damaged.
