The secure home has an open plan lounge/dining room/ modern kitchen/ scullery, large games room with 2 beds, TV room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large entertainment room with built-in braai/bar and lounge/dining area. In the lush garden is a swimming pool and a trampoline. Safe parking in the double electronic garage.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed and smoking will only be allowed in the entertainment room or outdoors. On the premises is a granny flat where the owners parent stays. This flat has its own entrance. The owners domestic servant can be arranged with the owner in advance – at extra cost. Laundromat, Superette,Pharmacy and Top DVD 1km from the home.
A refundable breakage deposit of one days rent is also payable to the owner on arrival. The owner will refund it within 14 days after departure if nothing has been broken or damaged.
