Let the highly trained and friendly staff wait on you as you peruse the sumptuous menu over a glass of fine wine. Try delightful starters such as sauteed scallops finished in a delicate Champagne beurre blanc or half-shell mussels and tiger prawns in a Thai red coconut sauce.
The marvelous mains include classics like French Filet au Poivre – pepper crusted beef flambéed with aged Brandy and served with a creamy brandy and wild mushroom sauce – or try the Spicy Duck Balti or Chilean Salmon in a sweet basil, parmesan and pine nut roti crust over pimento crushed new potatoes with sautéed baby vegetables and a prawn vin blanc.
