The home offers a spacious lounge, separate dining room/ kitchen/ laundry/ scullery, 3 double bedrooms and 1½ bathrooms. Fully equipped for an enjoyable holiday. Unfortunately no pets are allowed. Tenants must please bring their own beach towels and own iron.There is a swimming pool on the premises. There is a flat on the premises with a permanent tenant.

A refundable breakage deposit of one days rental is payable on arrival to the owner. The owner will refund it within 14 days after departure if nothing has been broken or damaged.
