A lovely 4 sleeper town house in George South, George offering accommodation to a maximum of 4 people. The home is situated approximately 17km for Herolds Bay and 2km in to the centre of George.
There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bath.
The lounge/dining room/kitchen/scullery is open plan. An entertainment area with a built-in braai leads from the lounge. Safe parking on the property or in the carport. The 2 garages will unfortunately not be available. Please no pets are allowed and tenants must please bring their own towels. Smoking is imited to outdoors only.
The owners domestic servant can be arranged @ R90 per day extra.
A refundable breakage deposit of one days rent is also payable to the owner on arrival. The owner will refund it within 14 days after departure if nothing has been broken or damaged.
